How to Order a Custom Cake

How It Works

We love creating one-of-a-kind cakes for every occasion! Here's what you need to know before placing your custom cake order.

Step 1: Get in Touch

Reach out to us with your ideas — the occasion, flavours, colours, and any design inspiration you have in mind. The more detail, the better!

Step 2: Design Consultation

We'll work with you to finalise the design, size, and flavour of your cake. We'll provide a quote based on your requirements.

Step 3: Confirm Your Order

Once you're happy with the design and quote, we'll confirm your order with a deposit. We require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for custom cake orders.

Step 4: Pickup or Delivery

Your cake will be ready for pickup or delivery on your chosen date. We'll be in touch the day before to confirm timings and ensure everything is on track!
